Yes, Power Marketing has contracts for most marketing services, but our approach to contracts differs from most marketing agencies. For a full marketing plan and execution, our contracts are one year. But, after that, the contracts are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation option. Why? We walk our talk when it comes to delivering consistently high-quality performance, without burdening our clients with an ineffective long-term deal.
Absolutely. We will review any existing contract at no charge. Contracts can be long and unnecessarily complicated. We will comb through all the details, explain all the elements and requirements, and develop a plan for exiting the contract. If requested, Power Marketing will represent you before the transfer of services to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Absolutely, we’ve worked with medical facilities, law firms, luxury travel agencies, restaurants, bakeries, liquor stores, coffee shops, HVAC providers, plumbers, middle schools, dog rescues, financial advisors, and apartments … just to name a few. However, Power Marketing will not take every client. We will assess your request and decide whether the project is a good fit for both of us. If not, we will point you to other marketing agencies that better suit your needs.
Here is the answer everyone hates: it depends. For Power Marketing, these digital marketing services can range from $500/month to $20,000/month. Whatever the case, we can create a successful strategy for your unique company. And if we can’t? We will find an agency that can fill your specific needs.
No. All elements are created, developed, and supported by our in-house team. This includes website design, development, and support; social media management; SEO; content development; marketing automation/CRM implementation and management; email marketing; Google Ads/Pay Per Click (PPC); and online reputation management.
For video projects, we will refer you directly to one of our partners, with no markup.
Power Marketing was founded in 1992 by Brian Flook. Originally, Power Marketing was located in Hagerstown, MD, and focused on the Home Building Industry. In the early 2000’s, Brian transformed the company’s focus from traditional marketing to digital marketing. In 2019, Brian retired and turned the reins over to Scott Piper, and Power Marketing moved to Nashville, TN.
To this day, Power Marketing still has its very first client from 1992, Ryan Legacy Builders.
Scott Piper, President and General Manager. At Power Marketing, communication and transparency aren’t buzzwords. This means that the person who pays the Power Marketing bills, approves the marketing strategies, and creates each presentation is the same guy you’ll call if your website crashes.
At Power Marketing, when there is an issue, you’re not directed to a support email.
Each month, Power Marketing clients receive a video analysis of their program’s performance. Quarterly, we have a meeting to discuss the program’s performance and discuss strategy adjustments. Marketing strategies are created in the first month of your partnership for the entire year and revised quarterly if necessary.
100%. One of the sneaky tricks some digital marketing companies hide in the fine print of their contracts is that if you cancel, you relinquish your website. This will keep you tied to an underperforming marketing program unless you want to shell out thousands of dollars. This also means you could be without a website for months until your new one is built.
Once you make your final payment to Power Marketing for building your website, you own it.
Yes, not everyone needs a new website to have a successful marketing program. However, we will conduct a full analysis of your website to ensure it follows best digital marketing practices and assess whether it can function properly to attract and convert users.
Power Marketing can also redesign your website. Sometimes, tweaks to the existing website are all that’s needed, saving time and money. Our team is well-versed in most content management systems (CMS) and the major e-commerce platforms.
